Engaging in Our Communities

loading...Community not only makes up our name, it is the core of everything we do. We know we wouldn’t exist without our members and the communities in which they live. Strong business can only grow from a strong community that benefits everyone. That’s why Community Financial is involved in providing support to community events. We are honored to aid the organizers and volunteers who make them happen. From sponsoring summer concert series and winter ice festivals, to donating to the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life events, we’re there to help.

Outreach Impact

Community Financial team members are the heart of our credit union. They not only strive to provide our members with outstanding service, but also dedicate themselves to enhance the communities in which they serve. During the 2013 year, our team members donated over 2,000 hours helping us help our communities.

loading...We are proud of our “People Helping People” philosophy at Community Financial. We are excited to enhance our communities not just as an organization, but also as parents, neighbors, community activists and engaged citizens.

"Community is in our name, that’s why we seek input from our community on which organizations and events could use a financial boost. We feel the annual programs we implement are an important way to let the community know they have a say in what we do here."
Bill Lawton, Community Financial president/CEO
