Working with Our Members

No matter the economic climate, Community Financial remains committed to our members and our communities. While many financial institutions stopped lending, we continued to provide competitively priced loans.

Our top priority is offering great personalized service. You’ll be welcomed as an owner, because that’s what you are. We are working with your neighbors every day to put money into their pockets by refinancing existing loans at lower rates, providing free checking and free access to thousands of ATMs across the country.

Supporting Our Nonprofits

loading...Nonprofit groups are vital to the success of any community. The services provided by nonprofits can range from providing cultural experiences, to assisting the most vulnerable members of the community, to bolstering the education of students. They have a huge impact on the communities we serve and it is both our responsibility and pleasure to help support those groups.

Partnering with Our Schools

loading...Financial literacy is important to each of us, particularly to the students and young adults in our communities who are venturing into the work world for the first time and face a series of new responsibilities.

Unfortunately, studies have shown that less that 25% of students and just 20% of parents say students are very well prepared to deal with the financial challenges that await them after school.

Engaging in Our Communities

loading...At the core of Community Financial’s mission, along with helping our members enjoy sound financial health, is giving back to the communities we serve. Our support comes in many forms, including sponsoring events that help make our communities special.

We know at the heart of every community are the annual events which bring people together.

Outreach Impact

Community Financial is proud to not only support the communities it serves as a business partner, but also by empowering its team members to give back. In 2011, Community Financial team members donated over 950 hours in volunteer time to community groups.

But that only tells half the story. Many Community Financial team members also live in the communities we serve, so they also volunteer countless hours of personal time as residents and parents. We are proud of our culture of supporting the areas we serve, but we are even more proud that that culture is embraced by our team members in their everyday lives.
